परिचय

  मी एस.एम फानूस ,अध्यक्ष  रियल  व्हॉइस  फाउंडेशन माझा जन्म गरीब घरात झाला, आजूबाजूस  प्रचंड  आज्ञान, गरिबी, अशिक्षितपणा मी  अनुभवली  सदर  परिसरात  विविध  जाती/धर्माचे  लोक रहातात  स्वतःचा  उदरनिर्वाह  करून  पोटभरतात  परंतु  एक  आसा  समाज  पण  आहे  ज्यास  लोक  घृणा करतात,  तुच्छ  समजतात  तो  म्हणजे  किन्नर समाज आमची सदर संस्था हि विशेषतः  किन्नर समाजासाठी काम करते, किन्नर समाज हा उपेक्षित समाज असून किन्नर समाजासाठी  रोजगार उपलब्ध होतील  व त्यांना समाजांत स्वतःची अशी वेगळी ओळख लाभेल जेणे करून  कोणी  त्याचा  तिरस्कार  करणार  नाही.  या विचाराने मी रियल व्हॉइस  फाउंडेशनची  स्थापना  केली समाजातील  आपल्या  सारख्या  काही प्रतिष्टीत व्यक्ती व किन्नर समाजातील  काही  माझ्या  मदतीस  आले  त्यान्च्या  जिद्दीचा  आणि  लोकांच्या  मानसिकतेचा  उपयोग  करून  आम्ही  अनेक  समाजउपयोगी  कामे  केली  आज  आमची  सदर  संस्था समाजातील  उपेक्षित व  न्याय  पासून विन्चित असणाऱ्यासाठी  काम  करते  आमच्या  रियल व्हॉइस  फाउंडेशनने  केलेल्या  सामाजिक  कामांबबाबत  व  पुढील  अधिक  माहितीसाठी  आपण  हि  वेबसाईट  पूर्ण  पाहावी  आपले  विचार आपण  जरूर  कळवावेत, या कामी आपल्या सर्वांचे सहकार्य लाभावे  हि  विनंती

Real Voice Foundation: Fight for your rights

Real Voice Foundation among various social activities has been working for the welfare of the Transgender group which is quite rare among the activities that a NGO normally works for. The Foundation felt a dire need to protect the rights of the Kenner’s which is badly neglected in the society, the family and other social groups. The transgender has been seen as curse in our society, irrespective of various laws and bills passed for the welfare of this particular group.

The Transgender lack of proper education, health and other security measures available in the society. It is very visible by the number of beggars of transgender in the society. Feeling this dire need Real Voice Foundation has established a group to provide employment and business opportunities for the transgender. The foundation has fought    many legal problems of the transgender in relation to sexual harassment, public abuse, family matters, social acceptance and several injustices done to them.  The Foundation is presently preparing a Fashion Show for the transgender. The Fashion Show will be organized in 2020 as a charity show. The dates are yet to be finalized. We are looking for sponsors to organize the grand event. Sponsors would receive a prominent space in the banners. The prize distribution ceremony will be given to sponsors to promote their companies and organization. The proceeds of the Fashion Charity show will be spent on the child education of the adopted children belonging of the transgender group.

Apart from working for the transgender there are other areas where Real Voice has been involved. Drug abuse among minors especially in the slum areas has been spreading and increasing widely. The foundation provides free counseling, checking out their activities and above all making sure they continue with their education. However due to lack of finance and support the Foundation has not been able to reach out to big number of drug abusers.

Housing problems among the poor in the slums of Mumbai is a very serious matter. The foundation helps in proper documentation and to fight legal matters. The foundation has used all its energy and skills to protect their rights for a decent accommodation in various slum areas of Mumbai.

Real Voice  Foundation is now in  planning stage of developing a shelter home for the transgender. The foundation is seeking financial assistance from various companies, social groups and individuals. This would really boost the confidence of the transgender with a decent living above their heads.
